How MSK Studio handles information.
This page describes the data used by the current MSK Studio site.
Public customer accounts, checkout, payment processing, outbound email and external analytics providers are not connected.
Owner access
The Owner Editor and private management pages use authorized owner access. Public customer sign-in is not connected.
Service requests and client files
A service request can contain your name, email, project details, links and uploaded files. These records and files are stored for private owner review. Client files are not published as product media or made public.
Notify Me and email outbox
Notify Me stores an email address for a product-specific request with consent. Service-request confirmations and owner notices can be queued in the private email outbox, but no email provider sends them.
Public form protection
Public forms use a first-party random browser cookie to recognize a saved request and limit repeated submissions. The database stores its hash, not the raw cookie ID. Service request throttling may use a hashed network address; the raw address is not stored in these form records.
First-party traffic analytics
MSK Studio uses its own visitor cookie to count visits. The cookie contains a random ID, while the analytics database stores only its hash, page and product viewed, time, traffic source category or domain, country and device type. Traffic analytics do not store visitor names, emails, raw IP addresses, raw visitor IDs or complete referrer URLs. No external analytics provider is connected.
